Hence, Kanchipuram sarees are mostly famous for their intricate patterns that include elements from nature like leaves, peacocks, parrots, swans, mangoes, lions, chariots, suns, moons and even features from mythological tales.
Tussar silk sarees
Compared to other silk sarees, tussar silk is considered to be less durable since it has shorter fibres. However, despite this, tussar silk is extremely popular due to the variety it offers in terms of colors and designs. Tussar silk is easy to handle and can be worn during any season and for occasion.
